When you send a booking request or enquiry, we receive the contact, vehicle, service, location, appointment and note details you choose to provide. Do not include financial information or sensitive identity details in your notes.
How we use your details
We use your details to reply, arrange the service and follow up on your request. Requests are stored on this website and can be accessed by authorised site administrators. A notification is also sent to the booking email address.
Language choice and other services
The website may remember your language choice for 30 days. WhatsApp and map links take you to external services with their own privacy policies. Sharing your current location is optional and requires browser permission. This website does not process payments.
Questions about your data
To request access, correction or deletion of your details, contact Click Wash through the contact page and include your request reference if available. We handle requests in line with applicable requirements.
